AHMET DEMIROK PERSONAL DETAILS: Born in Kulu-Konya-Turkey on 21 August, 1970. Completed his secondary education at Kulu High School. Graduated from the Faculty of  Economics and Administrative Sciences of Middle East Technical University, Ankara  in 1992. Married with two children.

• 1993                   Attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
• 1994-1995        Compulsory military service.
• 1995-1997        Third Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign  Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
• 1997-1999         Vice Consul at the Turkish Consulate General in Komotini, Greece.
• 1999-2002         Second Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Canberra, Australia.            
• 2002-2004         First Secretary at the Middle East Department of the Ministry.
• 2004-2006         First Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Bratislava, Slovakia.
• 2006-2008         Counsellor at the UN Office in Vienna, Austria.
• 2008-2010         Special Advisor to Mr. Ali Babacan and then to Prof. Ahmet Davutoğlu, Ministers of Foreign Affairs.
• 1 May 2010        Appointed as the Consul General to the Turkish Consulate General in London, UK.
